Kayla is a 23 year old pink haired British blogger, photographer and designer based in Birmingham.
KAYLAHADLINGTON.com started out life in 2009 during Kayla’s first year of college where she studied Fine Art, Fashion and Textiles. After college, she moved to London to attend University of the Arts London: London College of Fashion to study BA Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear, but left early with a HND to pursue a full time blogging career. She is also a fully trained nail technician.
Kayla is known for her pink hair and quirky style. She has been featured in Teen Vogue, ID Magazine, Company Magazine, and the book Style Diaries: World Fashion from Berlin to Tokyo (2010). Kayla has worked with brands including Nike, Adidas, StellaSport, Stella McCartney, Nina Ricci, Agent Provocateur, Pandora, Disney, Topshop, Boohoo, Missguided, VO5, UniDAYS, House of Holland, Pam Hogg, Lazy Oaf, Schwarzkopf, Nintendo and TRESemmé.
With a great love for the unusual and alternative, KAYLAHADLINGTON.com aims to bring you an eclectic mixture of everything that Kayla is passionate about; from charity shops, vintage and independent brands to the more unique side of luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
Kayla would like to add that she has a great love for Harry Potter, heavy metal, pasta and anime and is an avid collector of Vivienne Westwood, however she is not a fan of talking about herself in the third person and has no idea why she has written this as so.
I wear whatever I want, when I want, and I implore you to do the same too.
Sometimes (a lot of the time) I am wearing items of clothing which have been sent to me for promotional reasons. These items are always chosen by myself and I generally (unless I surprisingly love it) never feature items that are sent to me without my choosing. I will only ever post about items that I love or find extremely interesting, unique, or things that I feel you just downright need to know about!
I often use affiliate links (which involves tracking cookies) in my posts because as a full time blogger, it is one of my main sources of income. I also find it rather flattering that I should actually inspire someone to buy something, and it makes me very happy to see others enjoying items that I have recommended to them. If you were ever to buy anything I feature, please do tweet a photo to me, I would absolutely love to see your purchases!
I also use tracking cookies for analysing my blog statistics.
