THREE OUTFITS FOR UNDER £50 EACH @BOOHOO @RIVERISLAND @MISSGUIDED
I do enjoy a bargain. I have spent my entire life searching for bargains and traipsing through charity shops, car boot, jumble and table top sales. Pouring over ebay listings trying to find the cheapest version of what I want, but sometimes there are things which you just can't find in those places and sometimes, I feel the need to treat myself. This is when I move to the online stores and start having a peek. Obviously, I set the 'Order by:' option to 'Price: Low to High' as I always like to look through the cheaper things first. It reminds me of when I first started blogging and I would find outfits for under a certain amount of money for people on formspring. Back then it was cheaper and finding a nice outfit for under £50 was generally quite easy, but now its quite a challenge. Its quite easy to find cheap outfits but the question is would anyone wear them? So I thought, I shall challenge myself *with bow and arrow in tow and noble steed at heel*! Find I shall; three outfits for under £50 that I like and would wear!!! and this is what I discovered..
LOOK 1: BOOHOO £40
FLORAL CROP TOP £8
GRID PRINT SHORTS £10
BLUE TASSEL KIMONO £12
BLUE JELLY SHOES £10
This is my favourite out of all the outfits, I would so wear this, I think all the colours compliment each other really well and I like the proportions. I'd also be able to find other things in my wardrobe which I could pair with these things to make new outfits which is now something I look for whenever buying clothes.
LOOK 2: RIVER ISLAND £48
LIGHT ORANGE SKATER SKIRT £16
CHECK CROP TOP £12
DARK GREEN PLIMSOLES £20
Originally, I looked at this as a two piece (you can see the skirt here) but I thought together they looked quite formal and I'm not really a formal type of person, although I've tried, and failed, many times at this. I prefer something more playful so I went for this pale orange/ peach skirt. I know people say that pink and green should never be seen but I'm a rather big fan of pink and green! Or peach and green as it is here. The shoes were a rather lucky find as they match the colours in the top really well and bring it all together! I wish I had been able to include a jacket or kimono in this look but I ran out of my budget unfortunately!
LOOK 3: MISSGUIDED £39.96
PINK GINGHAM BODYSUIT £4.99
PALM TREE PRINT SCUBA SKIRT £9.99
POMPOM TASSEL KIMONO £14.99
BLUE GLITTER HEEL JELLY SHOE £9.99
I'm really into gingham at the moment hence why I chose this gingham bodysuit, and its pink, I'm also really into pink, if you haven't already noticed aha! I'm also really into scuba fabrics, and the print combined with the scuba fabric of this skirt and the fact it was only £9.99 just made me think oh my god I must have it. I also think it compliments the gingham top while still having that nice weird pattern contrast that I always seem to go for in my outfits. I chose the glittery blue jelly shoes because they're glittery, and blue. I thought that lilac jelly shoes would be too much lilac and pink and I'd end up looking like a barbie doll. The kimono was a bit of an added extra as I always like to have some kind of jacket even if its just a thin see through jacket/ kimono type thing, there were different colours but the white one was the only one with bobbles on and I really wanted the bobbles!!
Anyway, now I am going to stop shopping! That would be a lie, but I think I've already looked at every 'New In' section on the entire internet today. I hope you guys are enjoying these different posts I'm doing recently, please let me know what you think, speak to you soon! x x x

Love this post! It's fab to see what you can get for your money if you spend a little more time looking into it! I've always been a bargain hunter but i agree that sometimes you have to splurge a little! I love that River Island check crop top too, something i can see going from summer to autumn. Would love you to do more posts like this in the future :) x

All three outfits look pretty. I think the Boohoo Blue Tassel Kimono from the first outfit would look fabulous styled with the River Island Light Orange Skater Skirt from the second outfit as well.
