A few months ago I went to London to design some socks in a competition for Sock Shop UK to win the ability to donate £2000 to my chosen charity. I decided to design my socks around my two dogs Prudence and Snowie who are rescue dogs from a little rescue centre called Many Tears Animal Rescue. Prudence and Snowie were breeding bitches on a puppy farm, forced to live in cages with what I’m guessing was very little food as Snowie was very thin when she came to us. They were forced to have as many litters as possible before they could no longer have any more and then when the farmer had no use for them, he would dispose of them. Fortunately Pru and Snow were rescued and we have had them for over ten years now!! They have such incredible little personalities!!! It stands to reason that if I had won the competition, I would have donated the money to Many Tears so they can carry on doing the amazing work they do! Unfortunately I didn’t win, it would have been amazing to see people be able to buy my sock design however they did make up a pair of socks for myself which I think are super adorable!! If any of you would like to donate to Many Tears this Christmas feel free to check out their donations page!
I also have three new vlogs up on my youtube channel including me walking an alpaca haha, so please do check them out!
